THESE PRICES INCLUDE:

• bed sheets and beds are made
• towels, bath sheets, tea towels, tablecloths

• access to swimming pool all year round heated to 29°, games room (billiards, table football and ping pong)
• Mountain bike available free of charge

 NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICES:

• Additional bed: €15 per night per person
• Breakfast: €10 per person
• Cleaning fee: depending on the capacity of the gite (€150 for 8 people; €120 for 6 people; €80 for 4 people; €50 for 2 people)
• Pet: €8 per day and per animal
• Tourist tax: €1 per day per adult (from 18 years old).
